Hi, I'm Larisa — CRNA and mentor to aspiring CRNAs

I remember how overwhelming the CRNA application and interview process felt. Finding each program's unique requirements, understanding what they preferred, and figuring out what style of interview they conducted — it was a lot. And when it came time to actually prepare for interviews, I felt even more lost.

Now, as a CRNA who graduated in 2025 and has spent years helping aspiring CRNAs prepare, I've collected the knowledge and tools to share with you. As a 3rd year SRNA, I was invited to be on my own program's Admission panel so I've seen the process from both sides. I conduct mock interviews daily and have a first-hand look at what qualities admissions panels are looking for.

Let's turn your dream of becoming a CRNA into a reality.

Helping Applicants

My story

As a former ICU nurse, I spent years caring for critically ill patients while watching the clock, wondering if I had what it took to get into CRNA school. The application process was intimidating. I had no mentor, no guide, no one who had been through it and could tell me what to expect.

I got in on my first application and graduated from CRNA school in 2025. My guides cover everything from pharmacology and ventilator management to personal statements, emotional intelligence, and an entire CRNA program database.

My mock interviews are different because I know the programs. I have spent years collecting information on each program's interview style — MMI, behavioral, simulation — and I tailor every session to the specific programs you're applying to. Over 5,000 students have used my resources, and I hear from accepted students regularly. That's what keeps me going.
